Transparent Prices! NO Broker Fee's

Every tour rental is 3 to 8 hours long. No hidden fees, price below includes use of the boat for the hours agreed, a stewardess, taxes, gas, dock and booking fees.
*CAPTAIN FEES. USCG rules and regulations Captains must be paid at the marina before departure ($50 an Hour) directly to the captain chosen for your trip (A list of 5 qualified captains will be given for your choose). You must be at least 18 years old to rent.

RULES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS & CANCELATION POLICIES

AGE
  • Guests must be at least 18 years old, and have a valid ID, to rent any of the yachts.
  • Any guests younger than 18 must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian.
RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Bareboat contract and bareboat summary must be signed.
The captain fee is Not included in the rental price and is paid separately before departure (via Cash, Zelle, or CashApp directly to the captain). A list of 5 qualified captain will be given to choose for your trip and their fee should be paid directly to them.
No Shoes.
  • Please do not wear shoes once you board the boats.
Use of Toilets.
  • Please do not dump paper in toilets.
No Red wine.
  • Please do not bring Red wine
No drugs.
Friendly pets are welcome.

Rain and Cancellation Policies

  • Captain’s discretion, in the event of severe weather conditions, we can either reschedule or cancel the trip. If the trip is canceled, you will be provided with a refund.

If 2 hours before the appointment, there is a 70% chance of rain for more than half of the trip, you have 3 options:

1- Keep the reservation

2- Postpone for a few hours, based on availability

3- Receive an in-house credit and reschedule for another day (not on a weekend), the captain must still be paid one hour as compensation.

  • Cancellations between 3-5 days of reserved date can receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations within 3 days of reserved date are non-refundable.

For example: if your reservation is on Saturday and you cancel on Thursday, there is no refund.

If you are 15 minutes late, or do not show, there is no refund.

What should I bring?

Excellent question! Here’s a brief list of what you can bring, and what not to bring:

Bring: IDs, towels, rubber sandals, drinks, food, and sunscreen, and get excited!

Do NOT Bring: Shoes, Red Wine, Hookah, or Cigarettes
