Captain Options & Charter Terms:
This is a bareboat charter in accordance with US Coast Guard regulations.
You have three captain options:

1. Captain the boat yourself, if you meet the required experience and qualifications (subject to owner approval and a refundable security deposit).
2. Hire your own licensed captain (also subject to owner approval and security deposit).
3. Choose from our list of recommended USCG-licensed captains, paid separately.

Captain fee, crew fee (if applicable), dockage, fuel, and gratuity are not included in the rental price and must be paid directly to each party involved (e.g., your chosen captain, marina, etc.). These costs vary depending on trip duration and destination.
